When planning their wedding day, V&T said they wanted their day to be full of “joy, celebration and authenticity” and let me tell you, their Wisconsin Wedding at Over the Vines Vineyard had exactly that. From group photos with all their loved ones, heartfelt speeches during the ceremony, vows that made us cry, their first dance, Val’s dad’s tribute dance, plenty of Wisconsin beer, and late-night Taco Bell, their day was all those things and more.
Surrounded by all of their favorite people, these two tied the knot at a gorgeous Wisconsin vineyard. This Wisconsin wedding venue was the perfect location for their wedding celebration! Here are more details from their beautiful day.
Getting Ready Spaces at their Wisconsin Wedding Venue
Val and Travis spent their mornings surrounded by loved ones in the getting ready spaces at their Wisconsin wedding venue, Over the Vines Vineyard. The boys spent the morning playing darts and putting the finishing touches on their wedding-day looks. Meanwhile the ladies had the best time helping Val into her dress and enjoying some mimosas together.
Val and Travis chose this Wisconsin wedding venue knowing they could celebrate every part of their day on site. This would allow them to have a lot of down time throughout the wedding day. They LOVE their people and prioritized quality time with their guests when planning their day.
Over the Vines Vineyard
One of the best parts of choosing an all in one wedding venue is the extra time you gain. When you eliminate travel you end up with a lot of downtime in your timeline. Over the Vines Vineyard is equipped with:
-two getting ready spaces
-an indoor ceremony space
– an outdoor ceremony space
-a beautiful reception space, perfect for dancing the night away
This Wisconsin wedding venue has so many beautiful spaces. Travis and Val had so much fun spending their entire wedding day on site.
A Summer Wedding in Wisconsin
Val and Travis kept their wedding decor simple by leaning into the beauty already present at their wedding venue. Their wedding arch was surrounded by flower petals tossed by their grandmother at the beginning of their ceremony and they framed their backdrop with wine barrels from the vineyard.
Val and Travis surround themselves with the best kind of people—the ones who make you laugh till you cry, who would help you with something before you even have to ask, and dance like they had been waiting all year for this party and it’s the last one they’ll ever attend.
Every guest felt like an extension of Val and Travis’ love, mirroring the selfless care V&T give to everyone. Val and Travis spent the rest of their evening spending time loving on their guests, catching up with friends and family and sharing countless laughs.
Their wedding day felt effortless, and I have to say that a lot of that can be credited to their incredible all-in-one Wisconsin wedding venue. Having every part of the day in one place allows you to focus less on logistics and more on what matters most: celebrating with the people you love.
Taco Bell at Their Wedding Reception
Val and Travis are HUGE Taco Bell fans so it only made sense that they have Taco Bell take out at their wedding. We also incorporated Taco Bell in their engagement session which was SO fun, one of my favorite parts about planning engagement sessions is customizing the session to tell a couples story.
